Company Profile: A contact center providing multilingual customer service to clients located in China and the USA. This BPO has been serving several numbers of clients including The Iconic Brand for streetwear. The company is supporting the fans and customers of this leading luxury streetwear brand. Known to be expensive and luxurious, many of its buyers are coming from different countries.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone
• Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
• Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed
• Informing Chinese customers on how to place an order online
• Assist in customer’s cancellation of luxury brand order
• Answer questions about payment modes on online shopping
Requirements:
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin language thru chat
• Can type Chinese characters
• Can speak Mandarin and English
• Has background working as CSR in BPO
• Having online shopping experience is better
• Open to graduates and non graduates
• Willing to work asap
