• Sourcing and screening potential candidates from various online channels and vendor partners 
• Supporting contract hiring for online and offline.
• Ensuring Pre-onboarding connect and onboarding.
•  Administer exit formalities, conduct Exit interviews 
• Managing employee recognition programs
• Employee data Management and change communication

• Bachelor’s Degree holder 
• 5 to 8 years of experience in end to end recruitment process
• Knowledgeable of the local labour laws and codes
