Position: Spanish Customer Support Associate

Location: Pasay City

Industry: Trading Company

Salary: Negotiable

Schedule: Shifting

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat
Processing the request of the customers
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards the customers
Provide excellent customer service performance
Can work with limited supervision
Participate with the colleagues with other concerns
Perform other related tasks needed

Requirements:

Preferably native Spanish speaker
Open for dual citizens or Filipino with experience in working in a Spanish speaking country
Open for undergraduates
Customer service experience is an advantage
Familiarity in Forex is a plus but not required
Willing to work onsite if needed
Open for shifting schedule
