- Double check and review the status of customer’s account
- Contact customer via email or call to collect the payables or outstanding credit
- Document daily collections activity
- Maintain an accurate record of all collections
- Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies
- Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish
- Collections and Finance background is a plus
- Proficient in both Spanish and English
- Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
