Responsibilities:
• Provide professional and efficient customer support via phone, email and or chat.
• Handles customer’s inquiries and concerns on the product and services, technical issues and related issue
• Report problems related to customers, operations, telephone system, and/or system hardware/software to appropriate resources.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisor
