- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a logistics assistant and must be knowledgeable in SAP
- Experience in a pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage
- Required skills
- SAP knowledge is a MUST
- At least 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing and supply chain processes
- Experience in destruction reports and posting
- Experience in processing of destruction in government offices
- Experience in liaising in BIR for destruction
- Computer proficient in Excel, Word and powerpoint. Must be knowledgeable in Vlookup and Pivot
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Strong reporting skills
- Highly analytical, keen to details and target driven
- Open to do field work as needed
- Must have internet at home
- Can start immediately
- Open to work in BGC Taguig as needed
- Project based employment subject to extension
Scope:
- Returns Review of the company
- Total Returns Encoding
- Branch Returns Encoding
- Destruction posting
- Destruction reports
- ITTS management (adding of SKUs, change approver)
- Product Transfers (ITTS Request & location transfer in SAP)
