Your Tasks + Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal Webinars for Sales Asia Pacific
- Assist webinar requestors with moderation, technical setup, and reporting.
- Execute internal content strategies and translate key business messages into inspiring communication
- Curate ASP Sales myKN Community including content generation & Maintenance
- Regular internal ASP Marketing communication (newsletters, seasons greetings)
- Liaise with stakeholders and interpret their briefs
- Develop creative ideas and internal concepts in partnership with requestors
- Create content/communication (texts, graphics, videos, infographics, social media assets.)
- Present ideas to stakeholders for approval and development
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy throughout the iterations of the project
Your Skills + Experience
- Graduate of Creative/ English/ Communication/ Media/ Journalism/ Public relations/ Literature
- With 3-4 years of related experience in a multinational company
- Excellent writing & content creation
- Ability to execute with speed, competence, and confidence
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, project management, and client relation skills and the ability to independently manage projects and deadlines
