Position Summary:

As the Approval Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing processed Home Care clinical therapy documents for accuracy and completion. All review and approval to be completed within given time frames. You will also be responsible to monitor follow ups for corrections as well as creating and sending invoices to our Home Care Agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily review of processed home care documents for accuracy and completion
  • Provide education and feedback to document coordinator and team leaders etc. on every error encountered to ensure there are no repeated errors
  • Monitor the CRM to ensure Document Coordinator is following up with providers in regards to their errors in a timely manner
  • Responsible to approve and submit all accurate documents to our Home Care Agencies
  • Review MED B Documents in Raintree and approve (post) MED B visits in RainTree
  • Process invoices to Home Care Agencies
  • Maintains professional and courteous relationship with all Document Coordinators
  • Provides coverage for other Home Care team members as needed
  • Provides other related duties as assigned or requested
