Why this role exists

We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator who can develop long-term relationships with the assigned client accounts, making sure that the highest quality of services is provided. You will ensure that client accounts are in good standing, active, amplified, and retained, by scheduling feedback calls, monitoring billing, and providing instructions to operations as needed. This role will also assist in de-escalations if necessary and will serve as the point person for the client.

What are your responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations interactions and executions for your accounts to ensure the highest quality service (20%)
  • Provide specific instructions to operations as needed for proper handling of the account. Answer questions for operations as needed regarding your account (20%)
  • Schedule feedback calls with clients as needed to customize service, understand needs, amplify usage, retain at-risk clients (15%)
  • Amplify client usage (10%)
  • Track and monitor client usage (10%)
  • Keep all account information and metrics updated and current (10%)
  • Review and monitor billing for your clients to ensure rates and billed time are accurate (5%)
  • Assist operations in de-escalations and provide a personal contact for the account (5%)
  • Other duties as needed (5%)


  • At least 6 months of handling multiple client accounts or 6 months of experience working in Magic’s Operations team as a full-time virtual assistant or as a Cloudie.
  • Tool/systems proficiency: – Experience with Google Suite tools is a plus
  • Experience with client de-escalations or regular communication with offshore clients
  • Education required: Bachelor’s degree/ College level
