Budget Assistant Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages day-to-day budget management activities of the section.
2. Analyzes and evaluates annual operating budget proposals of different operating units in
conformity with company’s plans, policies and guidelines as set in the budget manual.
3. Monitors the implementation of budget policies, systems and procedures on the preparation of
the company’s operating and capital budget and controls the utilization of approved budget.
4. Provides technical assistance to budget units for budget preparation, analysis, implementation,
and questions/clarifications.
5. Maintains and updates SAP Controlling (CO) and Funds Management (FM) and Business
Intelligence (BI) tool.
6. Prepares quarterly budget reports for distribution to the budget units.
7. Performs administrative functions during budget review meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Graduate of Business Administration / Finance / Accounting or any related course.

WORK EXPERIENCE
With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
With extensive knowledge of the following SAP modules: Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM) and
Business Intelligence (BI).
Ability to analyze financial data
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
Ability to learn new software, applications
