Job Summary:
The Project Engineer assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, organizing, and controlling of the project. He ensures that project deliverables are met according to plan, schedule, budget, and client requirement.
Job Description:
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, organizing, and controlling of the project.
- Monitors the schedule and progress of the project and ensures the achievement of project objectives, timetable and budget through regular meetings and updates.
- Coordinated across all departments within Project Team and with the rest of the company to secure information and resources and to coordinate activities.
- Ensures that all necessary permits are secured.
- Determines the cost of the project and provides quantitative analysis.
- Ensures that agreed parameters and metrics for the project are properly and timely implemented according to plan.
- Serves as the representative of the Project Manager in his absence.
- Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/ regulations.
- Supports and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
- Adheres to policies/ procedures, Employee Code of Ethics and Conducts, and Corporate Governance.
- Protects intellectual property, company propriety and confidential information.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s /College degree in any Engineering course; preferably Licensed Engineer.
- At least three (3) years of work experience in the same field.
- Experienced in Project Management.
- Familiar with project planning and conceptualization, project implementation and control, standards, methods and processes.
- Has actual knowledge in using MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Willing to be assigned in project sites.
Employment Status: Project Hire
Work Location:Sangali Zamboanga
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays (7am – 4pm)
Work Set-up: On Site
