Job Description
THE ROLE
- Staff will be doing end to end operations, logistics, etc and will work
- Works with customers for placing orders
- CEO will get an order and introduce to you with the process of placing the order and take over as being customer email facing (large purchases/think large US national grocery chains that buy pallet loads of product from him- customers are corporate grocery chain category buyers),
- Works with distributors
- Creates purchase orders, works with shipping companies, invoicing, analytics-mostly done in excel (high expertise in excel- creating tables and related tables to each other and to purchase orders- templates are done but the staff needs to be able to have the skillset to manipulate tables/change formulas).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to and background in supply chains and warehousing
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including Tables) and other MS Office applications
- Familiarity with contract negation and contract management with major foods retailers
- Great attitude, sense of humor, and eagerness to represent the brand well
- Must be amenable to work from 11pm- 8am MLA
