VA/Administrative Assistant – WFH

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with Stateside sales teams.
  • Create reports, manage list views, and sort for data inside Salesforce.
  • Data Entry inside Salesforce, and Hubspot.
  • Creation of provided templates, sequences, and workflows in Hubspot.
  • Creation of Google Documents.
  • Assignments of tasks to other team members.
  • Assist the VP of Revenue Operations directly with tasks and projects that he assigns.
  • Skills/Qualifications Required:
  • 1 year of experience as an Administrative/Virtual Assistant
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce/Hubspot and other related tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be amenable to start ASAP.
  • Must have own internet/computer – Temporary WFH work arrangement
  • Must be amenable to work on GY Shift
