Day Shift 

ONSITE in MOA, Pasay

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2-3 years finance experience, particularly related to mortgage broking or home loan lending
• Experience particularly with residential lending, with PAYG and self-employed scenarios
• Recently been a Virtual Mortgage Broker Assistant or lender’s assessor and/or Cert IV qualified

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collate and analyse client financial information, to support Broker’s review of scenario(s)
• Complete all compliance documents for the broker to review (Statement Of Credit Assistance, Client needs Analysis and other mandatory compliance documentation, including Loan Submission Notes)
• Engage in prompt and clear communications with Finance Director and Credit Advisors
• Participate with timely file management, prompting or updating clients and lenders, and prioritising workflows as required
• Providing direct support to Credit Advisor, lending scenario’s evaluation, problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Progression of files through to application-ready, with accurate information and no gaps
