Job Title: Minute Taker / Administrative Support AssistantWork Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement (WFH)Shift: Day Shift (New Zealand Time)Site Assignment: Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas A Minute Taker / Administrative Support Assistant is expected to do: Taking minutes of committees Circulating minutes for approval. Ensuring there is a high degree of accuracy in recording discussions and decisions made. Circulating minutes to committee team members Contribute to the provision of effective administrative support. Ensuring that all processes are completed promptly and to agreed deadlines. Maintaining records and uploading to relevant folders and sites. What it takes to be part of our team: Demonstrated administrative and IT skills relevant to the role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative support and minuting and supporting meetings. Demonstrated good verbal and written skills. Strong customer service orientation A diploma or above in administration or a related discipline What’s in it for you?
