HR TRAINING SPECIALIST
Multiflex RNC Philippines Inc. (URATEX)
Km. 23 East Service Road South Super High-way Cupang, Muntinlupa City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all trainings identified in the training plan will be timely executed and implemented.
- Assist all supervisors and managers with their employees training needs..
- Sourcing of resource speaker.
- Finalization of Training Attendees.
- Send training memos/invitation to all participants.
- Preparation of Training Manuals, Nametags, Certificates.
- Ensure all training records were documented (Training Manuals, Training Requests, Training Agreement, Training Effectiveness, Training Bond, Attendance Sheet, Certificates, Training Evaluation, Training reports of external trainings, Training Photos, Training Memos).
- Training Needs Analysis.
- Responsible in requesting and monitoring training payments and budget.
- Responsible in the facilitation of training programs (introduction to speaker, preparation of training equipment, facilitation of workshops).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With demonstrated experience in training technical and corporate professionals and in leading engagement programs
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
