Our Purpose
We are currently hiring a DSP Specialist to join our amazing TC Electronic team in Aarhus, Denmark.
This role is open to Specialists in the EMEA region with a strong background in developing DSP software.
It would be a be huge plus if you also have a background in music.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy
- Develop digital audio signal processing software for real time operating systems, cloud and desktop
- Develop and maintain our audio signal processing framework, which is used for both prototyping and in production code
- Lay the foundation for the algorithms that will be used across all brands in Music Tribe
- Create and influence new cutting-edge audio algorithms
- Support both the research and product development teams
- Research, select, implement and maintain digital solutions to enable Customer self-services
- Define, implement and measure OKRs, KPIs and Metrics systems to drive a performance based organization
- Create and update policies and guidelines to ensure governance and compliance
- Create and deploy Leadership programs to train individuals into becoming Customer centric, innovative and inspiring leaders
- Develop and maintain health, safety and employee welfare to create a sustainable workplace
Operations
- Use analytical tools to measure organizational issues, identify root causes and implement short as well as permanent solutions
- Identify and eliminate all non-value adding activities through automation or outsourcing

Qualifications, Minimum
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Experience with audio DSP
- Real-time audio processing experience
- C++ and OOP

Qualifications, Preferred
- Ability to prototype your ideas (MATLAB, Python, FAUST, MAX, etc.)
- Performance analysis
- Skills in optimization, both on an algorithmic as well as machine-level (ARM, x86, SIMD etc.)
- Experience with audio-plugin development (JUCE, VST, etc.)
- Experience with high-performance computing libraries
- Diagram-level specification of algorithms
