Our client provides non-bank lending to property developers on commercial, industrial and residential real estate, across Australia. With a rise in major financial institutions declining developer funding, developers are turning to the company to obtain the capital they require for their projects.
Job Role
The role focuses on generating revenue through existing clients and new clients. The right candidate comes equipped with a successful track record of being able to close deals, and has a strong passion for commercial real estate and finance.

-Developing growth strategies and plans
-Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
-Increasing client base (both inbound and outbound lead generation)
-Appointment setting and meetings
-Writing business proposals
-Negotiating with stakeholders
-Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
-Researching and presenting new business opportunities
-Drafting and reviewing client contracts
-Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
-Attending business, networking, training and industry events
Requirements

-5+ years of experience within the commercial lending/mortgage/financial service industry
-Solid understanding of commercial real estate and property development
-Established networks within the industry (think developers, brokers, commercial real estate agents, accountants, lawyers, architects, project managers, construction firms etc)
-Experience using powerful CRM systems (Salesforce)
-Innovative and digitally savvy: Looking at ways we can progress from a FinTech perspective
-Resilient, driven, self motivated – with lots of energy
-Solutions focused (there is a solution to every problem)
-A+ communication and negotiation skills
-Team player (you will be working closely with our all-star internal team)
-Understand that relationships are everything and being professional is key
