Job Description
Executes the Annual Plans & Programs as defined by the Customer Support & Tele Sales Manager. Proactively implements programs & delivering services to NELTEX customers while constantly finding more efficient & effective ways to do them. Engaged in identifying opportunities that will improve customer’s experience in doing business with NELTEX.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With background in Telemarketing & Customer Support (Admin Function)
- with Customer Service Experience
- Can start ASAP
