The Engineering and Maintenance Manager is responsible in all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities in the plant and ensures maintenance activities are geared towards equipment operational reliability and maximizing production output and efficiency.
Responsible in implementing various safety and environmental programs to ensure that the whole factory is safe to all workers and other personnel visiting the plant. Ensure company compliance with the various government requirements.
Assists and supports the VP-Supply Chain towards the achievement of the departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
With comprehensive experience in plant and production operations with facilities such as air supply, chiller/refrigeration, waste water, etc.
B. EDUCATION : Preferably Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with license
C. EXPERIENCE : At least five (5) year maintenance l experience in a manufacturing firm
