Your Role
Working as part of our internal Business Development/Sales/Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for generating leads and building a pipeline of business prospects. This will require you to research target clients via digital search engines and social media platforms. Obtaining this key information will help you target decision makers for a warm approach to potential clients. As part of Sales/Customer Support, you will work with clients in providing quotations for works required and ensure that customers are compliant. Your performance incentives will be based on how effective you carry out this critical support roles, with full training being provided for the successful candidates. Additional Professional Development training will be provided through your career at OOO.
About you
You will be a person who is passionate about making a difference and works well within a team environment. As you will be our company’s initial product ambassador, you will need to possess superior verbal communication skills in English. A strong work ethic, time management and attention to detail with above average written communication skills.
You will also require;
– Problem solving skills
– Strong computer skills
– High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate
– Minimum of 2 years BPO experience
– Prior B2B lead generation experience is essential
– Experience working with Australian customers is essential
– Telemarketing/customer support/technical support experience is an advantage.
– Internet Speed of At Least 20 MBPS Download and Upload
