This opportunity will allow you to join the Underwriting & Product Team of the InsurTech company covering risk assessment, product development and/or underwriting.
What you will be doing:
- Be the key member of the Team to profitably drive the business for Cyber and Digital Asset Insurance
- Identify, assess and mitigate the operational, technological and/or cybersecurity ris
- Compile risk assessment report and propose risk mitigative measures
- Work with the cross-functional Team to develop and improve the risk model
- Communicate the identified risks with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary buy-in
- Follow up on implementing the risk mitigation measures
- Monitor and forecast the portfolio risk by investigating the cyber intelligence and incidents for the virtual asset industry – identify trends, common risk factors and operational efficiency
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering or information management
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT / information security audit or consultant
- Knowledge of cryptography and key management controls is a plus
- Ability to communicate security issues to peers and management
- A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn the risk of new techniques and the measurements to address the risks
- Aspire to be the Subject Matter Expert in this domain
