Job Description

    Essential Duties

    • Analyze a variety of internal and external reporting platforms to prioritize and enrich the products and/or categories with the most urgent needs.
    • Source product data information and enter/import into our systems.
    • Manipulate, transform, and normalize large data sets while following category schema guidelines.
    • Engage with and take direction from Category Managers and Product Management to build and manage products.
    • Perform regular content quality audits on product pages and look for opportunities to improve.
    • Meet monthly quotas for content quantity and quality expectations.

    Position Summary

    • The Digital Product Content Project Coordinator role is a key member of the Company’s Digital Product Content team and will report directly to the Director of Digital Product Content.  
    • The main responsibilities of this role will be to constantly add and enrich data attributes for the products on our websites featuring over 100k SKU’s.  
    • The objective of the data added will be to enable our products to get found using search and filtering tactics on our site, as well as helping them rank higher with Google organic search results, while also increasing conversion.
    • This role will be required to source product content data from suppliers via spreadsheets, portals, and the supplier’s website.
    • The data must then be transformed and follow best practice and normalization guidelines before being imported into our PIM (Product Information Management) tool.  
    • The ideal candidate should have strong data manipulation skills, be able to navigate websites and tools with ease, be detail oriented with attention to accuracy, and have strong organizational and time management skills.

    Core Competencies


    • Basic knowledge of the online customer shopping experience and product content.
    • Basic knowledge of PowerBi or other analytics platforms.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Power Point).
    • Very comfortable with data manipulation and working with large data sets.
    • Comfortable identifying, managing, and escalating risks and issues as needed.
    • Strong desire to learn and grow.
    • Excellent written skills and ability to influence customers through product copy.
    • Excellent communication and team working skills.
    • Exceptional follow-through and initiative.
    • Ability to work with aggressive timelines and deliver.
    • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
    • Data entry experience required
    • Previous experience within B2B/Distribution a plus
    • Agility PIM experience a plus
    • Knowledge of Test & Measurement and Electronic Production Supplies a plus

    Working hours: Nightshift – 10PM to 7AM Manila Time
