Job Description

The Production Department is the engine room within the company. It is directly in control of client satisfaction and ultimately company success.

Video editors and Animators are Storytellers. Image crafters. Mood setters. Shootsta expects its editors to ‘do what you do best’ on every project they work on.

As a Post Production Manager, you will oversee the mid-shift Clark Production Department to ensure it’s continuing to create the highest possible quality content.

You are a tech-savvy people person who speaks fluent client, and fluent video editor.

You will be responsible to support Shootsta recruitment activities where required, line management and continual professional development of the Edit/AnimationTeams. You will implement global and local L&D strategies to nurture growth. You will liaise frequently with the Head of Production to ensure new strategies and workflows are adopted within the production team seamlessly, regularly reporting back with regional updates.

You will also work closely with the region’s Account Managers ensuring they work closely with their Edit Teams to uphold open communication with their clients.

When new systems and workflows are developed by the global team you will ensure each member of the production team is appropriately trained and equipped to carry out their roles with maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

●    You are passionate about video production and motion graphics
●    You pay very close attention to detail to catch problems
●    You have 6+ years in video production
●    Proven experience in leading a team within Production
●    You are proactive, ambitious and goal-oriented

Other Information

• Must be willing to be assigned in Pampanga
• Working Schedule : Monday to Friday/Mid-shift
