Job Description
We’re looking for a Finance Admin Specialist to drive the execution of daily and weekly inventory management.
What are your role will involve
Maintain our inventory system through:
- Running weekly sales order uploads and maintaining accurate stock on hand balances
- Creating & managing purchase orders and suppliers
- Receiving stock and transferring between warehouses and 3PLs
- Create & manage SKU codes/ BoM/ product triggers/ assembly
What we are looking for
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in BPO/ Shared Services industry
- Task orientated with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Naturally empathetic, reliable, caring, with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with a focus on partnering with stakeholders to improve the way we get things done
Bonus points if you have (not a must)
- Experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
- Experience in an eCommerce business or in the health and wellness industry
- Interest in how digital businesses work and a willingness to learn
Additional Information:
- Must be amenable to work onsite – Eastwood, QC
- Must be amenable to work on day or mid shift.
