QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education & Experience
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or HR related Courses
- Must have 3 years related working experience in Technical training design, facilitation implementation and coordination.
- Preferably worked in an energy industry.
- Willing to be relocated in Concepcion, Iloilo
B. Technical Training Skills
- Needs analysis
- Training design
- Training facilitation
- Training evaluation and monitoring
- Strong project management skills
- Presentation skills
- Must know how to operate powerpoint, excel, word and multiple online communication platforms (ex. MS Teams, Zoom, etc)
C. Non-technical Skills
- With strong partnership, influencing, communication and coordination skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Can work with little supervision. A self-starter and ensures complete staff work.
- Knows how to manage stakeholders.
- Can manage his emotions.
