Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 5 AM – 1 PM EST

Minimum of 40 hours per week

Outgive is looking to hiring a Performance Administrator to liaise between our Seller Interactive Operations team and Performance, Talent, and Culture team to ensure performance management processes, compliance, and quality control of work. This position will support operations by ensuring that team members receive the training required to be successful in their role.


  • Review productivity levels of team members and provide suggestions/training to team members on how to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor attendance, employee attrition rates, and turnover 
  • Understand the standard operating procedures of the Company and be a training resource for new hires and team members 
  • Troubleshoot issues with clients and team members to ensure the root cause is identified and fixed. Perform quality control. 
  • Check-in with team members on a regular basis 
  • Support performance management initiatives as required


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably in HR or Psychology
  • At least 2 years experience related to HR, Compliance, or quality analyst/administration role reporting directly to upper management
  • Strong understanding of the talent, employee engagement, and performance, and disciplinary management 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas. IF functions, Index Match)  and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Organization skills
  • Can juggle multiple priorities at once. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
