Job Description

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4 or 5 year Business and Technical courses
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • With initiative and sense of urgency
  • With at least 1 year working experience in customer service
  • With experience in ISO 9001:2015
  • With Professional Driver’s License is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in providing timely response and resolutions of client’s concern
  • Provides assistance in conducting regular facilities inspection and verify results of administrative checklist
  • Conducts regular toolbox meeting among Security Guards & Janitors and monitors their activities
  • Provides assistance in Organizing Emergency Response Team and conducts regular safety drills
  • Assists in the office administration, monitoring and posting of regulatory requirements
  • Accepts other task as maybe assigned by the immediate superior in accordance to the need of the department.
