Job Description
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4 or 5 year Business and Technical courses
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- With good interpersonal skills
- With initiative and sense of urgency
- With at least 1 year working experience in customer service
- With experience in ISO 9001:2015
- With Professional Driver’s License is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in providing timely response and resolutions of client’s concern
- Provides assistance in conducting regular facilities inspection and verify results of administrative checklist
- Conducts regular toolbox meeting among Security Guards & Janitors and monitors their activities
- Provides assistance in Organizing Emergency Response Team and conducts regular safety drills
- Assists in the office administration, monitoring and posting of regulatory requirements
- Accepts other task as maybe assigned by the immediate superior in accordance to the need of the department.
