Provide technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, or other remote communication channels. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and prioritize multiple support requests to meet SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
