Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Helps the HR Manager to run the daily functions of the Human Resource Department. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
