Job Description

I. Support and work with Commercial Operations Training Division (AVP, Director for Field Training, Field Training Managers and Senior Training Design Managers), Regional Directors of Expansion Business Unit , Cluster Heads of Core Business Unit in achieving company and division strategic imperatives

• Measurement of and tracking on functional training KPIs to meet Core/Expansion Business Unit’s strategic objectives, e.g.

• Improvement in Retention Rate, Basket Size, Activity, Progression

of Dealers, Recruiting Dealer’s Count through execution of Dealer’s

Training and Development Roadmap

• Improvement on Upline Dealer’s Training Engagement to Downlines

via Upline Managers’ Training and Certification

• Execution of Intentional Activities

• Attend regular meetings with Field teams (Cluster Heads, Directors, Dreams Fulfillment Officers/Managers ) to align Business Development priorities and needs with training programs

II. Implement training materials and programs for select Dealers / Dealer’ segment in the branches

 • Responsible for training and development of Upline Managers / Dealer according to priority 1- Great Life Executives, 2- Great Life Directors and 3-Great Life Managers

• Field observation, certification, and coaching of select Great Life Executives / Upline Managers per region according to Dealer’s Training Roadmap

• Improve training engagement of Upline Managers in training their Downlines

• Assess Dealer’s behavior and interactions to make the appropriate prescriptive recommendations for skills enhancement

• Measure the training delivery performance and impact on business results

• Recommend localized incentive programs for Dealers based on TNA results and qualitative feedback

• Ensure delivery and completion of training programs per Dealer’s level/segment

• Develop and maintain a system to track Dealer’s attendance to training, completion of certification and monitor training KPIs

• Prepare and submit report to COTD and business stakeholders on impact of Training to Dealer’s earnings/MVD, retention, progression, etc. • Measure impact of delivering effective training materials – this will be indirectly evident in the improvement of retention and basket size of new Great Life Builders (first 90 days), progression of Great Life Builders to Great Life Manager level, recruitment behavior, engagement to training
