Job Description:
- Conduct appraisal of real estate property before they can be accepted as collateral.
- Evaluate properties to establish market values using internal and external resources.
- Validate the appraisal reports submitted by the branches
- Validate the appraisal reports submitted by external appraisers
- Prepare appraisal and title verification reports.
- Recommend accreditation of external service providers
- Formulate and/or recommend changes in the existing appraisal policies
- Supervise other internal appraisers who may be assigned in the other region/area (in the future)
Job Qualification:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser or similar role
- Must have valid and current real estate broker’s license in the Philippines
- Must be able to generate, lead and manage a team
- Required Skills: Leadership, Sales Management, Closing and Negotiation, and Business Planning.
