Job Description
Sales Trainees will be hired as full-time employees entitled to receive a monthly base pay and all other benefits that the company offers.
Successful candidates will undergo 2-3 months training that includes online courses, Instructure LED Trainings, and side by side (SBS) sessions with fellow employees already performing the sales roles. The training also includes further preparation for future interviews for open sales positions for the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder (Any Field)
- Fresh graduates can apply
- Excellent Communication Skills – both written and verbal
- Candidates with previous experience in Sales preferred but no required
- Previous Telephonic experience would be a plus
- Amenable to work night or shifting schedules
- Amenable to future return-to-office
- Fully committed to complete the 2-3 months training program
