This is a remote position.

Admin Support Assistant (Part-time | AU)

-Part-time | 20 hours per week

-Php 15,000.00 take-home pay per month

-8:00 am to 12:00 pm Mon-Fri Manila Time OR 8:00 am to 11:30 am Mon-Fri and 8:00 am to 11:00 pm Fri-Sat Manila Time

About the Client:

The client runs an allied health clinic that offers a range of services from Psychology, Counselling, Nutritional medicine, Naturopathy, and Hypnotherapy. The Managing Director together with her team of highly experienced Psychologists, Therapists, Nutritionists, and Life Coaches are catering to a growing clientele.

About the Role:

The Admin Support Assistant will help the client with communicating with clients’ bookings via their patient management system, Power Diary, while providing basic admin support to ensure timely action for all concerns from patients.

Responsibilities:

-Process payments and Medicare

-Manage client’s inbox

-Provide basic customer service (sending emails to patients about bookings, general inquiries, payment questions, and general custom support)

-Manage updates on patients’ information via Power Diary

-Perform other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

-Has previously worked as an admin support for allied health in Australia or relevant industry

-Must have experience in customer service to patients or customers

-Should be patient or customer-oriented

-Must have experience using Power Diary

-Strong English communication skills

-Highly organized and detail-oriented

-Autonomous and empathic

-Must have previous experience using the following tools:

-Power Diary

-Squarespace (ideal)

-Google Mail
