Job Description
1. RECEIVING PROCEDURES AND SHRINKAGE CONTROL
- Ensures security measures and control
- Accuracy in processing of documents
2. WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Store inventory
3. HOUSEKEEPING REQUIREMENT
- Enforces FIFO proper handling of merchandise
- Monitoring of RTV Disposals
- Ensures on-time disposal of applied RTVs.
4. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Conducts performance evaluation
- Ensures proper implementation of employee discipline at all times
5. REPORTORIAL MANAGEMENT
- Prepares the following reports
- Preparation of Delivery and Discrepancy Report
- Monitoring of Age Codes
- Prepares Summary of RTVs
- Sending of summary of unobserved or rejected items to merchandising
- Signing of documents ( sales invoice/Receiving Conformation) due for payment
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): communication skill, computer literate, stress management skill, strategic planning skill, Attention to detail.
- Background in retail is an advantage
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Abreeza Mall Davao
