Intern/Project Coordinator has a primary responsibility to assist in managing and supervising administrative, technical and financial aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion. Intern/Project Coordinator, under the guidance and supervision of Project Manager, will support in activities aimed to comply with the contractual requirements set out in clients’, consultants’ and subcontractors’ contracts and completion of projects in the defined timeline, facilitate budgetary and financial control of assigned projects, support managing expectations of all parties involved in the PM chain. Intern/Project Coordinator will directly report to the Project Manager. Specific duties include but not be limited to:

-Plan & Coordinate with different teams in project management activities, equipment, information and handling arising problems
-Support with the preparation of project plans.
-Management of the project team.
-Internal and external communication.
-Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations.
-Acting as stand-in for the project manager.
-Plan steps, budget and time frame for implementation
-Ensure project progress according to external and internal needs
-Analyze risks and opportunities
Marketing Intern is an e
nergetic and self-motivated virtual assistant intern .

Specific duties include but not be limited to:
-Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends.
-Assisting with daily administrative duties.
-Designing and presenting new social media campaign ideas.
-Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
-Preparing detailed promotional presentations.
-Helping with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
-Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content.
-Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
Requirements
-Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, information technology or in a similar field.
-Familiarity with project management, marketing computer software and social media platforms.
-Good understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must have a passion for marketing and project handling.
-Outstanding multitasking abilities.
-Good reading comprehension and communication skills in English and Tagalog ( Filipino).
