Peraflo is a bookkeeping SaaS company based in the Philippines.
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with clients to determine their needs, answer their questions about our product and recommend the right solutions. To be successful as a Sales Associate, s/he should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the company’s brand in high standards.
Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company’s sales goals.
The Sales Associate will report directly to the Sales Manager on a remote basis. Compensation will be commission-based on top of basic salary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess clients’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Follow and achieve company’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Actively seek out clients
Remain knowledgeable on product offered and discuss available plans
Build productive trust relationships with clients
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, generating leads, closing sales)
Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Track record of achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure
Tech-savvy, computer literate
Able to work from home with stable internet connection
Willing to meet clients in person when needed
Willing to learn and adapt to the dynamics of the company
Basic understanding of bookkeeping/accounting is a plus
