Job Description
As a SALES SPECIALIST, you are assigned the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
- Call leads and convert them to paying customers.
- Act as a Business Consultant and assist with customer’s questions on how they can start their business.
- Manage multi-channel communication such as chat, email and phone.
- Generate leads for other company products and services
- Send daily sales activity reports to immediate manager.
- Achieve or exceed goals on a monthly basis
- Build rapport with potential and existing customers by providing genuine and exceptional customer service
- Other duties that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
