Job Responsibilities:
● Follow conventional operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems per Client specifications.
● Ensure premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call
● Perform troubleshoot when required
Job Qualifications:
• Must high school graduate
• With at least 6 months of BPO experience
• College Graduate No BPO experience Required
• Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Can do onsite work in Quezon City, Muntinlupa, Alabang and Taguig
