Responsibilities: Providing analytical support to our FP&A Managers and Senior Director Synthesizing financial and operational data across all parts of the business to facilitate discussion/decision-making Interfacing cross-functionally with business unit owners and employees to understand spend, Supporting quarterly and annual budgeting Building revenue, operating expense, and cashflow budgets Top tier Excel and Gsheet skills including index match and query Support various ad hoc and strategic analysis projects assigned to the Finance team including pricing/discounting, margin analysis, product launch forecasting, etc. Manage and maintain monthly reporting files and models, including Department Budget vs Actuals Support Monthly close process by reviewing data to ensure accurate coding and accruals Support preparation of, and discussion around, key leadership and Board of Directors reports, including Monthly Business Review and Board meeting decks Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies through process improvement/automation and assist with implementation to realize productivity gains Requirements Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Excellent Excel/GSheets and PowerPoint/GSlides skills Strong technical capability, including experience building and maintaining financial models and reporting.
