- Design and manage end-to-end cross-functional programs that directly impact strategic objectives
- Identify KPIs and continuously evaluate to identify areas of improvement and ways to refine strategy
- Drive collaboration and communication among stakeholders to align on objectives, scope, and progress
- Support stakeholders in implementing and coordinating initiatives
- Provide regular reports to the management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3-5 years experience in Project/Program Management, Strategy, or E-Commerce
- Proven ability to manage large and complex projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
- Excellent stakeholder management especially with senior leads/managers
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to draw insights from large and ambiguous data sets
- Highly quantitative and analytical; able to process and manipulate data independently
- Flexible and able to adapt in an agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong slide-making skills required, with the ability to synthesize information for executive-level audiences
