Job Description
- Manage the day to day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
- Dispute resolution within and outside the team
- Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
- Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment
- Experienced in e-commerce fulfillment
