SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations
- Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external clients, to coordinate with a variety of complex executive meetings
- Follow up on deadlines and other matters assigned by the immediate superior
- Coordinates with various accounts for QBR presentation and site visit preparations (i.e., meeting room set-up, refreshments, logistics, transportation, etc.)
- Does data mining and puts together presentations
- Intervenes with client as required
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
- General office administration such as preparations of miscellaneous documents, routine correspondence, expense reports, supply procurement and inventory and other administrative duties

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience of being an Administrative Assistant or in fields of events is not required but would be a plus; bookings (hotels, flights) with pleasing personality and good communication skills

- Organizing Skills (plotting schedules and activities, events, and schedule designing)
- Has the ability to think out of the box, understands the demand and urgency of being a site Admin. Assistant
- No attendance issues, can stand up for long working hours; flexible schedules
