We are currently looking for IT Project Manager
Job Summary:
Manage tasks and project requirement and project timeline. Ensure quality control on the project through out development to maintain the expected standards.
Responsibilities:
- · Assist the Director in planning, organizing and controlling Project towards company business goals.
- Assess current or future client needs and priorities through communicating directly with clients.
- Conducts regular meetings with client to discuss progress, timeline and challenges if there are any.
- Managing Project Requirements and ensure they are provided by client ahead before any scheduled development.
- Delegate task with the team but working closely with the team lead.
- Ensure alignment of goals with the client
- Monitors Project Milestones
- Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to the client on time
- Keeping the project within the budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, budget and ensure proper approval and communication is done before we proceed with any OUT OF SCOPE items.
- Prepares Analytical reports
- Responsible for managing and addressing customer complaints by coordinating with the proper support group.
- Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- With at least 5 years of Experience in Project Management
- Project Management including budget, schedule management
- Good organization skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good time management
- Knowledge on Project Management software
- Can do Multi Task
- Analytical Skills
- Customer Focus
