Job Description
The Marketing & Design Coordinator plays a key role on the marketing team by providing creative, graphic design support and contributing to various initiatives/programs
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members to provide support in creating and updating a wide range of marketing collateral/materials that may include web pages, presentations, email templates, newsletters, print and digital ads, and other graphics for various campaigns
- Oversee key areas of Green Street’s website to ensure content remains current Create new website pages and make necessary updates using WordPress
- Create email content for multiple campaign initiatives and client/prospect communications using Hubspot
- Build popups and series flows using AppCues software for display on client and public-facing website
- Create promotional assets for product launches and social media
- Support advertisement creation and coordination of placements
- Support lead generation and customer experience programs as projects and needs arise
- Provide support for other PR/marketing communications and event related initiatives as relevant
Requirements:
- Proven graphic design skills with ability to update creative templates in Photoshop a must
- PowerPoint, basic video editing skills, and additional experience in other Adobe design software programs a plus
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, Hubspot (or other marketing automation or email distribution software), Salesforce, and InDesign is valuable but not required
- Strong verbal communications skills to keep in close contact/coordination with the team
- Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and multitasking extraordinaire
- Ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related discipline a plus
