Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture from a reputable school
- Proactive and aggressive, good decision-maker
- Must be knowledgeable in AUTOCAD; knowledge of Photoshop or sketch up is a plus; experience in design & project estimates
Responsibilities:
- Prepare schedule, knows how to estimate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status
