Job Description
- Identify, evaluate and recommend changes or improvement in operational process, procedures and equipment and provide to support these changes.
- Review production schedules, process flow, engineering specification and other pertinent information and materials to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
- Knowledgeable on how to manufacture parts or products, or deliver services with maximum efficiency.
- Apply mathematical and statistical methodology in computing and determining manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards
- Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Reduce or eliminate waste in production and its related processes through applying lean manufacturing tools and techniques such as Six Sigma.
- Develops methods that will be used to accomplish all of the tasks involved in Production, Quality Assurance; including developing systems for quality control, distribution, and inventory.
- Determines the functions and responsibilities of personnel; devise and implement evaluation procedures and recommend method for improving employee efficiency.
- Assess potential for or actual physical harm throughout processes; redesigns relocate or replace equipment whenever it is necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 year of working experience as Process Engineer
- With knowledge or experience in manufacturing processes; including project management and execution
- Proficient in using productivity tools and techniques such takt time and time studies.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
