Join our Business Enablement Service (BES) team to support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a Business Enablement Service professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help SGV/EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, and win in the marketplace for SGV/EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within Business Enablement Service include Finance, Information Technology Services, People Team, Learning and Development, Brand & Marketing and Communications, Risk Management, Business Support Group.
Job description:
- Staff role in Quality Enablement team
- Prepares reports and analysis necessary in quality enablement
- Monitoring and Tracking of progress of activities
- Reaching out/following up audit seniors/managers via chat, call or emails on progress of activities as instructed by QEL senior/manager
- Scheduling Quality sessions/sending calendar invites on meetings
- Taking Minutes of meeting/discussions held
- Overall support to QEL senior and manager, including analysis, review and supervision
- Presentation to leaders/managers skill/experience
Expectations/Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably 3-5 years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
- CPA/ non-CPA are welcome to apply
- Has sufficient/good working experience on MS Office particularly Excel (pivot, graph/charts, table analysis)and Power point presentation
- Good communication skills (coordination to people)
- Flagging exceptions in the report to Seniors
- Asking questions/clarifications if instructions not clear
- With initiative, responsible and committed to stay for at least a year with the team
