Job Description
· To maintain the endpoint and IT delivery platforms for primarily the At Home users in EMEA, including device management.
· To work with all site IT departments to ensure that IT delivery is tested, documented and consistent between B&M sites and AtHome.
· Includes endpoint image creation and management thereof so that all aspects of the Client solution (including peripherals) is fully supported.
· To work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of AtHome and will support the IT/Helpdesk teams and employees on both AtHome and B&M with technical expertise.
· Participate in projects and implementations both Client based and internal projects and support colleagues in solving day-to-day technical issues working together with the team and your manager to support centrally hosted platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrating the Environment
• Ownership of endpoint delivery and setup environment to support accounts and client tools.
• Sets the standards in remote management to support users and devices.
• Provides both IT team and end user Support to ensure accessibility of company and client tools, applications.
• Acts as point of contact for designated client and make sure we are compliant with needs as they change.
• Support in security updates and keeping the systems secure and up to date.
• Administer, upgrade and patch services hosted by the servers.
• Maintain and administer local area network both equipment-wise and user account-wise.
Key member in change management process and responsible for submitting change control documentation in accordance with Sykes
