The Entrepreneur Secret is looking for “Cold Callers” for our real estate business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.

• 1 year of experience in a BPO or sales/marketing environment is a huge plus.

• Excellent oral and writing in English.

• Knowledgeable in MS applications.

• Has experience managing CRM (i.e. Mojo, Follow-up Boss, Salesforce, Hubspot)

• MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE WORK EXPERIENCE

COMPUTER

Processor:

• Any processor equivalent to Intel i3 5th Generation or higher; or

• Any processor equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or higher

MEMORY

• Installed RAM: 8GB RAM or higher

INTERNET

• Internet speed: 10 Mbps internet connection or higher

HEADSET

• Over-the-ear headset with extended mic and with noise canceling feature

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Caller is responsible for answering inbound calls & making outbound calls.

• The Caller is expected to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook.

• The Caller should aim to convert the calls to qualified appointments.

• You are a great fit if you pay good attention to details.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Cold calling homeowners

• Updating leads in CRM

• Additional task as required

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time

• Permanent

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift

• Night shift

• Monday to Friday
